Why thermoformed enclosures

For enclosures and housings in low to medium volumes, vacuum thermoforming beats injection moulding on tooling cost and lead time, while still giving a controlled show surface, clean CNC-trimmed openings and consistent wall detail.

We form in ABS, HIPS, PC, PETG and more, up to 2200×1500 mm, CNC-trim the openings and cut-outs on 3 axes, and build the tooling in-house — the whole enclosure chain under one roof.

Frequently asked questions

What enclosure sizes can you form?

From small housings up to large covers with a forming area of 2200 × 1500 mm, from sheet up to 2300 × 1600 mm.

Which materials do you use for enclosures?

ABS and HIPS for durable housings, PC (polycarbonate) for impact resistance, PETG for clear or hygienic parts, plus PMMA, PS, PE and PVC — thickness 0.4 to 8 mm.

Can you CNC-trim openings and cut-outs?

Yes — 3-axis CNC trimming with manual finishing gives clean openings, ports and cut-outs in the enclosure, which press or roller trimming cannot.

Do you make the tooling?

Yes, in-house — aluminium, composite or 3D-printed forms — so the full enclosure chain from mould to finished, trimmed part stays with one supplier.

Prototypes or serial production?

Both. From a single prototype housing through low/medium volumes to serial production from the same validated tool.

Need an enclosure or housing formed?

Send your drawing (STEP, STP, STL, SLDPRT) or describe the enclosure. We will confirm feasibility, materials and trimming, and quote prototypes or serial production.
