For big plastic parts in low to medium volumes, vacuum thermoforming wins on cost and lead time: tooling is a fraction of an injection mould, and large covers or liners can be formed from a single sheet.
We handle the full chain in-house — CAD support, tooling, forming up to 2200×1500 mm, 3-axis CNC trimming and assembly — so one supplier owns the part from drawing to delivery.

Our maximum forming area is 2200 × 1500 mm, from sheet up to 2300 × 1600 mm — one of the largest vacuum forming areas available in the Baltic region.
ABS, HIPS, PS, PC (polycarbonate), PETG, PMMA (acrylic), PE and PVC, in thicknesses from 0.4 to 8 mm.
Yes. We provide 3-axis CNC trimming with manual finishing and manufacture our own tooling in aluminium, composite and 3D-printed forms — the full chain from mould to finished part is in-house.
Yes — from single prototypes and low/medium volumes to serial production. Low tooling cost makes large parts economical at volumes where injection moulding is not.
We manufacture in Vilnius district, Lithuania, and serve customers across the Baltics, Poland, Germany, Scandinavia and the wider EU.
Send us your drawing (STEP, STP, STL, SLDPRT) or a description of the part. We will confirm feasibility against our 2200×1500 mm forming area and quote prototypes or serial production.
